Referral Program

We would like to invite you to refer a loved one or friend to our community and give you the option to earn $1000 (one thousand dollars) in doing so.  Outlined below are our referral program guidelines:

Potential Resident must provide your information as the

referral source upon initial contact with St. Elizabeth Manor.

Potential Resident must be fully admitted to the Manor on a private

pay basis before bonus is in effect.

You will recieve a check for $500 after the resident's first month of

rent is paid in full.  An additional $500 check will be paid to you

upon the resident's fourth month of rent as paid in full.

You can let us know where you would like your referral monies made

out to (i.e. a church, charity, individual). Dictation should be made

in writing, signed and dated.

St. Elizabeth Manor will offer this program for any admittance of

referrals until 12/31/11.
