St. Elizabeth Manor is set in the Southern Wisconsin community of Footville, just minutes from Brodhead, Janesville, Beloit and Madison.  It offers the perfect blend of country living with its serene setting, stunning views for miles and convenient location.

The Manor is a 70 unit Assisted Living Community, welcoming residents of all faiths. 

The mission of St. Elizabeth Manor is to provide, for all who touch our lives here, a nurturing environment that assists them in living healthy, meaningful lives according to their dignity as sons and daughters of the Father.

The Manor is served by the Sisters of Charity of Our Lady, Mother of the Church and several skilled employees who have experience in nursing, foodservice, and senior activities.
